Who we are

The data controller is the Narhi studio (narhi.tech). Data questions: hello@narhi.tech.

What we collect

What you type into the form on this site: a Telegram username or an email address and, if you choose, answers to a few questions about your task. With the request we record visit data: time, language, IP address, device and browser type, where you came from (referrer and UTM tags) and which pages of the site you opened. Until the form is sent, this data stays in your browser. The site runs a Yandex Metrica counter with Webvisor: it sets its own cookies and records how you use the pages (scrolling, clicks, field activity without the contents) so we can see what works on the site and what doesn’t. Yandex LLC processes that data under its own terms. Your theme choice stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

Why

To reply to you and prepare for the review: we look up the contact and the company you name in public sources. For that, the contact may be processed by data search and analysis services (Hunter, Anthropic). Visit statistics are reviewed in Yandex Metrica. No mailing lists, no selling of data.

Where a request goes

To the team’s working chat in Telegram and the team’s mailbox. The site’s servers are located in Russia.

How long we keep it

Until the conversation about your request is over, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact.

You can ask to see, change or delete your data — write to hello@narhi.tech and we will answer within 10 working days.
